Jamaican born football player Leon Bailey will be taking instructions from Tayfun Korkut who has been named the new head coach of his Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen until the end of the season.
This follows the sacking of Roger Schmidt who was at the helm of the team when the club signed bailey for 5 years for 13 million pounds just before the close of the last transfer window.
Schmidt lost his job after four defeats in six Bundesliga Games, ending with a 6-2 loss to Borussia Dortmund.
The 42 year old ex-Hannover boss Korkut, was named Kaiserslautern boss last summer but resigned after only six months.
Leverkusen is 10th on the Bundesliga table and trail Atletico Madrid 4-2 in their champions league last-16 tie.
