A Corporate Area Magistrate has ruled that popular pastor, Reverend Merrick ?Al? Miller has a case to answer in the corruption case brought against him.

Resident Magistrate Simone Wolfe-Reese made the ruling yesterday when she threw out the no-case submission made by his attorneys.

Miller has been on trial for attempting to pervert the course of justice after then wanted man Christopher ?Dudus? Coke was found in a car he was driving.

Coke was wanted on an extradition warrant at the time he was captured along Mandela Highway in St Catherine, in a sport utility vehicle that was being driven by Miller.
